Chef Gary Beach grew up in Baltimore, MD and has worked in over 40 restaurants on the east coast including catering movie sets and the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. Foregoing culinary school, Gary has learned through experience. He produces cutting edge traditional fare and specializes in all nartural Hereford beef, fresh seafood and chops.
