Mixed Green Salad - organic mixed greens and locally grown seasonal vegetables dressed in feta cheese vinaigrette

Stuffed Tilefish - Local tilefish broiled in a Japanese breadcrumb crust. Stuffed with sesame-cilantro sushi rice and finished with a hot and sweet Chinese mustard. Served over an Asian vegetable medley.
Parmesan Encrusted Mako Shark Steak - Fresh Mako shark steak broiled in an herb and parmesan crust. Served over a house-grown herb risotto and finished with a zesty tomato and red pepper reduction.
Key Largo Surf 'n Turf - 10 oz. flat iron steak of Certified Angus Beef grilled to order and topped with a skewer of jumbo shrimp basted with basil, lemon and thyme infused butter. Accompanied by our signature lobster mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day.
